Welcome to the courses offered by Cüneyt Hizli. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any of our digital programs (including but not limited to Digital Detox Dose, InnerTools, and future offerings), you agree to the following Terms of Service:

Our courses are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By accessing the content, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Access & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, personal license to access and use the course materials. Sharing, reselling, or public distribution is not permitted.

3. Intellectual Property

All videos, audio files, worksheets, written materials, and visual content are the intellectual property of Cüneyt Hizli. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. Health Disclaimer

Our content is for educational and self-development purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical or psychological care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health or mental wellbeing.

5. Pricing & Refund Policy

All course fees are listed in EUR. Due to the nature of digital content, purchases are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Code of Conduct

Respectful use of all materials and platforms is required. Misuse of content, access sharing, abusive behavior, or violation of these terms may result in access being revoked without refund.

7. Content Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content to improve quality or ensure relevance. Access to lifetime content means continued access as long as the course remains available online.

We use Brevo (Sendinblue), a service provided by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, to manage our email communications. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address and optional personal data (e.g. name) will be stored and processed by Brevo on our behalf.
